How do I heat press my DTF’s?
Heat up to 380 F and press for 10-12 seconds with a teflon sheet, be sure to cold peel. (Optional: Repress after peeling for 3 seconds with a teflon sheet covering shirt.)
What is your turn around time for Custom DTF’s?
Our turnaround time for Custom DTF prints is typically 24 to 48 hours, ensuring you get your orders quickly without compromising quality.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement via our Order Cancellation Form. After this window, your order will already be processing for shipment.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Contact us within 7 days at info@americanhtvsupply.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll ship the correct product immediately at no cost to you.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Absolutely! Defective products qualify for free replacements or refunds within 30 days of delivery. Visit our Returns Portal to initiate a claim.
How do I return my product?
Start the process through our Returns Portal. We provide a prepaid return label for U.S. customers and reimburse international return shipping costs for faulty items.
