Can be applied to any combination of polyester/cotton, including 100% cotton.

HEAT PRESS APPLICATION
- Time: 10 seconds first press no heat resistant sheet/ 3 second additional press with heat resistant sheet
- Temperature: 360° F
- Pressure: Medium-Firm
- Peel: Cold after first press
CRICUT EASYPRESS APPLICATION
- Time: 15 seconds first press no heat resistant sheet/ 10 second additional press with heat resistant sheet
- Temperature: 350° F
- Pressure: Medium-Firm applied with body weight
- Peel: Cold after first press
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not dry clean
- Machine wash cold with mild detergent
- Dry on low setting or hang item to dry
- No chlorine bleach
- Turn garment inside out
