We accept returns on eligible items purchased directly from American HTV Tulsa under the following conditions:

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., Custom DTF prints)
  • Special orders or items marked as Final Sale

Please review all custom product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Shipping Damage: Report the damage to the carrier first. We will review your claim after receiving the carrier’s inspection report.
  • Defective or Incorrect Item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos or videos may be required for verification.

If approved:

  • We will provide a free return shipping label
  • You may choose a replacement or full refund after inspection

Exchanges

Shipping Costs

Limitations

  • Lost returns not sent using our provided label
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
