Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items purchased directly from American HTV Tulsa under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the original order date.
- Pre-Authorization Required: Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
- Item Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of Purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., Custom DTF prints)
- Special orders or items marked as Final Sale
Please review all custom product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Shipping Damage: Report the damage to the carrier first. We will review your claim after receiving the carrier’s inspection report.
- Defective or Incorrect Item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos or videos may be required for verification.
If approved:
- We will provide a free return shipping label
- You may choose a replacement or full refund after inspection

- Bank Processing: May take additional time depending on your provider
If more than 10 business days have passed after approval, contact us.
Exchanges
- Start the process as a return
- Place a new order for the replacement item
- Same eligibility rules apply
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable (unless our error)
- Return shipping: Paid by customer unless item is defective, incorrect, or damaged
Limitations
American HTV Tulsa is not responsible for:
- Lost returns not sent using our provided label
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Unauthorized returns
