Order Processing Time

All orders placed through our website are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are usually processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions, product launches), processing times may be extended.

If there is any delay or issue with your order, we will notify you via email promptly.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
    Delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
    Faster delivery for urgent orders.
  • Overnight / Next Day Shipping (1 business day)
    Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM CST.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or other external factors.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

All shipping fees are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

We may also offer Free Standard Shipping promotions (e.g., on orders over $75), which will automatically apply when eligible.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS

At this time, international shipping is not available, but we are working to expand in the future.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier details
  • Tracking link

Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours.

If your tracking shows no movement after several days, please contact us so we can assist.


Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While we aim for smooth delivery, issues may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect address details

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

We will coordinate with the carrier and may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Returned packages due to invalid addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
